The Hamiliton C. Jones III House is another example of Martin Boyer's architecture working in the Tudor Revival style. The half-timbering, plaster, exaggerated high chimney, and asymmetrical design once again proves Boyer's masterful work in this particular revival style. This house came to represent the affluence and status of the Eastover neighborhood, especially because of its location at the corner of Cherokee and Fenton place.
